Biography
Prof. Chih-Hung Kuo received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Tsing Hua University in 1992 and 1994, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2003.
From 2004 to 2010, he served as an Assistant Professor at National Cheng Kung University. Since 2010, he has been an Associate Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering at NCKU.
His research focuses on digital video/audio compression, deep learning acceleration, and hardware–software co-design.
